A chocolatey biscuit base, filled with mint fondant, and topped with a layer of chocolate ganache 

Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Palm Oil, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sugar, Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate; Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Salt. Caster sugar Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent (Calcium Phosphates) Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (70%) (Rapeseed, Palm¹, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.5%), Emulsifiers (Lecithin, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Lactic Acid), Colours (Beta-Carotene), Vitamin A and D, Flavourings Water, Soya Beans (7%), Sugar, Calcium Phosphate, Salt, Stabiliser (Gellan Gum), Potassium Iodide, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B2 Propylene Glycol, Ethanol, Water, Peppermint Oil Cocoa Mass*, Sugar, Cocoa Butter*, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Lecithins (𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚). Please note once your boxes have left the bakery we are no longer accountable for them. Boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox. 

SHELF LIFE:7-10 DAYS (from dispatch day) at room temperature - keep sealed & in a cool place. If keep in the fridge, we recommended allowing our item to come to room temperature before eating. Our bakes can be frozen for up to 3 months.

ALLERGY NOTICE: Our bakery handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS. Whilst we don’t use milk or egg in our bakery, products may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing methods of some of the ingredients we use. Because of this, unfortunately our bakes are not suitable for WHEAT, SOYA, MILK, EGG & NUT allergy sufferers.
